Even though this year has definitely looked different than we all anticipated, I’ve still had so much fun (and a bit of an escape) testing out new makeup and trying new makeup techniques.
I wanted to share all of my favorite new beauty products that I’ve been using this month! This video is a full face “Get Ready With Me” GRWM style, with mini reviews of everything I’ve been loving, and has picks at every price point.
I hope you enjoy, please let me know in the YouTube comments if you like this style of mini reviews as the products are applied vs. a full review of each product separately.
I’d love to know your thoughts. Also let me know if you try anything from the video and what you think.

1 | Natasha Denona Mini Retro Palette, $25
I have been totally swept away by this gorgeous palette! Each of the five shades are very wearable and practical, but still fun (shimmer!) The quality is consistent with the larger ND palettes.

2 | Covergirl Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner in Grey Khaki, $6
I love the khaki-grey color of this liner. It’s very unique! The white sponge on the other side is the perfect amount of “firm” to clean up liner and make it precise.
Note: it’s important to only roll up a small amount of liner, if you roll up too much, it will break off.
The formula could be slightly creamier, but it still works for me and I love that I have a little time to shape the liner before it sets. You can see in the video how crisp a line I get with the white sponge.

3 | Estee Lauder Hydra Rescue Foundation, $45
This is a great full coverage foundation! It looks super smooth, but not heavy. I like the shade 2W1 for when I have a faux tan.
I’m impressed that this foundation has such great coverage, but is still soft and flattering looking over fine lines. A mature skin win for someone looking for medium to full coverage!

4 | Beautyblender BOUNCE Airbrush Concealer, $24
Another great full coverage complexion product! The new Beautyblender concealer offers a ton of coverage, but doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines.
I especially love and am impressed with the range of undertones in their concealer line. It’s so hard to find concealers with this much range, I’m happy to say I love the formula as well.

5 | Fenty Sun Stalk’r Bronzer, $30
Fenty really has a shade for everyone!
This is a really sheer, soft matte bronzer. I love how flattering and natural it looks. This is a great formula!

6 | Colourpop Powder Blush, $7 refill pan (goes into a magnetic palette) or $8 with container
This Colourpop blush is a surprise favorite! Beyond the price, $7 for a .22oz pan (about the size of most bronzers), this shade To the 10, is the most flattering shade of beige pink.
It looks amazing on, really defines cheekbones, and can be worn sheer to built up. I built it way up in the video so you can see the full color!
Another favorite is their cream version of this beige pink shade, called “Between the Sheets.” The cream version is amazing on dry and mature skin.

7 | e.l.f cosmetics Ultra Precise Brow Pencil, $5
I have struggled to find the “right” shade as a strawberry blonde with naturally darker brows. But I do think that this is a wonderful pencil.
If you have an easy-to-match brow shade, I think this would be a great brow pencil!

8 | Hourglass Cosmetics Ambient Lighting Powder, $24 for 1.4g size, $48 for 10g size
These powders are my new obsession. I purchased the palette around the holidays and have used it almost every single day since.
Specifically, I’m loving the Diffused Light shade as my under eye setting powder, as it is a very subtle shade of yellow and helps brighten after concealer. This is a great shade for neutral and warmer skin tones. Cooler skin tones might prefer the shade Ethereal Light.
I still like the Hourglass Veil powder to set my makeup all over, but have been loving the light diffusing blur of these Ambient Light Powders for my under eye area.

9 | Dior Diorshow Mascara, $29.50
I might be the last person on earth to try this mascara! It’s been popular for a while and I can see why.
The giant brush and volume-building formula make my lashes look not only longer, but also thicker.
I recommend setting your whole face with setting spray after for best results. This helps me keep everything in place.
