Ulta 21 Days of Beauty: My Top 10 Picks

by Molly Gardner

I love the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty sale.  It rocks.

Products are usually around 50% off so it’s an awesome time to stock up on makeup or get gifts for friends.  Get one for yourself and then another to stock up for friend’s birthdays and holidays.  I stock my makeup artist kit with a lot of these deals too.

I missed the first couple of days but still have some gooood picks for you.  I scoured the catalogue for hidden picks, the internet for the online only deals, and have my best deals ready for you.  This sale is MY JAM.

These sales are all one day only (check the site at midnight!) and they sell out fast, so if you want it, grab it on the day it’s listed.  The sale prices are only good on the day listed.

I found a few deals that last the whole three weeks so I’ll list them also.

You can click right on the underlined name to get to the product page.  Bookmark this page and check back for the deals.

  1.  It Cosmetics Travel Brush Set, $18 (normally $30) Wed 3/16 online only :  I’ve never felt this particular set, but I LOVE It brushes with a passion.  They are cruelty-free synthetic fibers and they apply shadow like a dream.  They are what I personally use daily.  5 of these brushes for $18 is a deal, they normally start around $14 each.  These will have smaller size handles (but not bristles) because they are made for travel.
  2. Tarte Tarteist Clay Paint Liner, $12 (normally $24) Fri 3/18 : I JUST got this liner the other day at a makeup party.  I’ve been wanting to try it forever and it has been awesome so far!  It’s so smooth and comes with a perfectly sized angled liner brush. It glides on like butter.  Gift with purchase of a makeup bag and hybrid gel foundation sample card with any $30 Tarte purchase.
  3. Too Faced Sweethearts Perfect Flush Blush, $15 (normally $30) Sat 3/19: This is one of my all time favorite beauty products.  The blush can be swirled together or worn individually.  There are endless combinations that can be made from this one blush.  I love giving this blush as a gift because the Peach Beach shade is universally flattering and the packaging is gorgeous.  Also, there is a gift with purchase of a mini mascara, primer, and Love Flush Blush with a $35 Too Faced purchase.  Snatch this deal up!! {POST}
  4. Cargo Bronzers and Beach Blush $14.50 – $15 (normally $29 – $30) Mon 3/21 online only: All their blushes and bronzers are 50% off.  These are great tins and I especially love the matte bronzer.  The waterproof bronzer intrigues me too.
  5. Stila Eyes Are The Window Shadow Palette, $29 (normally $49) Tue 3/22 online only: This palette is gorgeous.  If you are looking to own just one palette, this one has a lot of great looking neutrals and some fun shades.  Free deluxe size Stay All Day liquid lipstick in Beso with any $35 Stila purchase.
  6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Perfect Brow Pencil, $12 (normally $23) Fri 3/25: I think this is going to be the fastest out of all the beauty deals to sell out.  I own this pencil in Caramel and have been meaning to write a review on it forever.  It’s a great pencil and my go-to for brows lately.
  7. It Cosmetics for Ulta Airbrush All-Over Shadow Brush, $7 (normally $14) Sun 3/27: I own this brush and use it regularly.  It packs on a ton of color and can also blend shades really nicely.  It Cosmetics brushes are awesome.
  8. Laura Geller Baked Blush-n-Brighten blush, $15 (normally $28) Tue 3/29: These look really pretty and natural.  I especially like the Sunswept shade for summer.  Gift with Purchase: Free full size Incredible Eye Liner in Blackbird with any $35 Laura Geller purchase.  I would combine this blush with the foundation below to get the GWP liner.
  9. Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner, $11, (normally $22) Thur 3/31: I LOVE these eyeliners.  They stay in place and last for-ev-er.  There are a ton of colors.  I will be purchasing Lionfish (bronze – universally flattering!), Midnight Blue, and Espresso.  Metallic Umber also looks interesting and unique.  See the Stila Gift With Purchase above.
  10. Murad Acne Complex Clarifying Cleanser, $14 (normally $28) Sat 4/2: This is my go-to cleanser in the summer.  I use it 2-3 times a week during those really muggy heat waves and it keeps my skin fresh and clear.  The results are so impressive and visible within a day or so.

3 week Steals:

  1.  Laura Geller Baked Liquid Radiance Foundation, $20 (normally $38):  I am intrigued by this foundation, it looks good for dry skin.  That’s a great deal at almost 50% off.  See Laura Geller Gift With Purchase above.
  2. Lorac Soft To Smokey Eye Collection $30 (value of $96):  I love Lorac eye products, they are really fantastic.  This set includes a deluxe size tube of my all time favorite eye primer (I’ve had my deluxe size for over a year and it’s still going strong), four eyeshadows, a full size mascara, and full size eyeliner.  All four eyeshadow shades are super wearable, all winners.  And it comes with a Gift With Purchase of a travel size Mattifying Face Primer with a Lorac purchase over $25.
  3. Amazing Cosmetics concealer, $31.50 (normally $42):  This is my favorite full coverage concealer.  If you are looking for a concealer that covers everything and anything, this is it.  It’s truly amazing and 25% off all month.  This big tube will last you years.  I’m shade Light Golden.

*  These are my referral links, I would really appreciate if you use them decide to get anything from this sale, it costs nothing extra to you.

So there ya have it, my top buys.  I think my personal purchases will be the Anastasia Brow Pencils (for my makeup artist kit) and the Stila eyeliners for my personal kit.  The Tartiest liner and Too Faced blush are two products that I definitely recommend after owning and using them.

I hope this list is helpful!  I loved scouring the Ulta site and catalogue for hidden gems.  Who else loves a beauty deal??!  Leave me a comment below on which deals look the best to you.
