It’s been a long time since a new foundation has caught my attention as quickly as Jane Iredale’s Skintuition SPF30 Radiance-Boosting Liquid Foundation. It’s a gorgeous light-to-medium coverage foundation that gives skin a natural glow.
It’s also gentle on my sensitive skin. It’s become a staple foundation for me and I think will be favorite foundation for mature and dry skin. I think it might end up being a great replacement foundation for the reformulated Armani Luminous Silk as well!
I did have to try a few shades to find my perfect match, so I thought I’d include some swatches as well to help make it easier to shade match the fair and light shades if you are purchasing online.

Packaging | glass bottle with pump and a plastic cap. Has traveled well for me, cap has stayed secure.
Texture | This is a liquid formula. From the first use, this foundation has stood out from the rest. It has a great silky “slip” and is easy to blend, then dries down to a smooth finish.
Coverage | Coverage is medium, and builds and/or sheers out easily. I tend to use two full pumps for the perfect amount of coverage for myself. I like this foundation best when I apply and blend this with my fingers, then finish the blending with a beauty blender.
Finish | This foundation has a gorgeous satin finish. It’s reminding me a lot of the original Armani Luminous Silk foundation. It truly can look like a second skin once blended.
Overall review | The new Jane Iredale foundation instantly became a staple in my routine. I have to try a few shades to get my match right but once I found my perfect color, I haven’t stopped wearing this foundation.
