I want to go over the details of how and why this serum is different that other skincare products, as well as share my before-and-after from finishing my 1st bottle.

What is the Angela Caglia Cell Forte serum: First to market stem cell serum, using human stem cells. Most stem cell serums use plant stem cells. The human stem cells produce growth factors that your skin recognizes and responds too.

How the Angela Caglia Cell Forte Serum works: Instead of working only on the surface on your skin, like most topical skincare, this serum works by communicating with your cells, similar to a skincare device.

It’s formulated by scientists taking human stem cells and growing them under strict lab conditions, then as the cells grow, they release the same bio-active signals as your body uses to coordinate repair. Communication, on a cellular level.

After a set period of time, the liquid surrounding the cells is collected. That liquid is called conditioned media.

Next, it’s purified, which removes the cells themselves. What is left behind is only the messaging molecules they produced with those instructions prompting your skin to renew, calm, and repair.

Those bio-active signals include growth factors, peptides, and exosomes, along with other signaling proteins.

  • Growth factors: the body’s messengers, a secreted biologically active molecule that can affect the growth of cells. They react to skin stressors, regenerate, and help restore.
  • Peptides: strings of molecules called amino acids, that serve as the building blocks of proteins.
  • Exosomes: are microscopic membrane-bound sacs within all cells that function as cargo carriers, delivering proteins, lipids, and genetic material (RNA) to other cells to regulate processes like tissue repair, immune response, and inflammation.

In Technical Terms: Cell Forte products use adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (AD-MSC) conditioned media sourced from an FDA-regulated stem cell research institution. Manufacturing is cGMP pharmaceutical-grade. The formulation is intentionally minimal and ideal for
post-procedure skin.

In Summary: The Cell Forte serum works more effectively that the typical serum, because instead of just sitting on the surface, it’s repairing your skin below the surface, on a cellular level, using technology previously limited to skincare tech devices and in-office treatments.

In Home Study Results (Women age 40-65, after 4 weeks):

  • Reduces appearance of hyperpigmentation 91%
  • Reduces skin redness 85%
  • Reduces appearance of fine lines 85%

4 serums in 1: Simplifies your routine by combining ingredients known to support results similar to Vitamin C, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, and Peptides.

Judging affordability is a sliding scale, I so learned a long time ago to review the benefits of a product and let people decide what suits their own budget and needs. But I will say that this serum does cover a lot of bases, so if you were using 2-3 serums, you could definitely simplify by using just th Cell Forte serum, as it does deliver a ton of results.

My Personal Results:

  • reduced my hyperpigmentation, to the point I cut the amount of foundation I use in half.
  • smoothed out the lines around my mouth from smiling and my cpap mask.
  • smoothed out forehead lines.

For the hyperpigmentation alone, I thought the Cell Forte serum was a gem, but it also gave the rest of my skin such a nice, smoother appearance.

Who Angela Caglia Cell Forte Serum is For:

  • anyone wanting the BEST in stem cell skincare in terms of effectiveness and results. This serum works.
  • can be used with a skincare tech device for major results.
  • also can also be used on it’s own for those in a time crunch who want the results of a skincare tech device, but just don’t have the time.
  • post cosmetic surgery to speed healing.
  • anyone looking for a most cost effective approach to skin cell treatments ($325) vs an in office stem cell facial ($1,000-$5,000 per treatment is the US average price per facial)
