Every year about this time, after spending months totally covered up, I have a moment where I catch a glimpse in the mirror and realize that I am a very pale lady. As my friend Meryl said to me once, “I can see your circulatory system from the outside.” Honestly, I can’t stop laughing at that. It’s so true – ask any pale kid!
It can be tricky to find foundation that matches such fair skin, so I’ve rounded up my favorite foundations for paler skin. Here are my favorites!

Thank you, I appreciate that! :)
Love it! Last night I organized my makeup leaving only my most used makeup out on my bathroom counter which included 5 different foundations, but now after reading this post obviously I need all of these too. #spenditall
Being a freckle-faced auburn-haired Woman Of A Particular Age, I love the peaches & cream complexion. There's a bit more color than the porcelain complexion, which is beautiful, too. Now, to find a foundation for this WOPA's oily skin that doesn't settle into those pesky fine lines & wrinkles
