ColourPop Lippies | Nude Lipstick Swatches

I knew my obsession with ColourPop lipsticks, called “lippies,” had reached an all-time high this week when a girl asked me what lipstick I was wearing, and I made her write down “ColourPop” on the inside of her hand with pen.  But that sort of craziness is what makes me want to blog, I couldn’t let that girl forget the name (I Heart This) and not get to experience this amazing line of makeup.

There have been a few new shades released that have expanded the range of nude lipsticks available.  “Cookie” is one of my favorites.  It was released for the holidays as limited edition, but brought back permanently.  It’s one of my new favorite shades, so I was excited to not have to ration it anymore.  It’s a true nude beige  shade.  I use it with the “Skimpy” liner.

“BFF” is a good, slightly lighter and warmer peachy nude shade and “Skimpy” is a great very ultra light nude.  I love “Skimpy” over my other lipsticks, it really lightens any shade up, which is great for me this time of year, being so fair.  It’s also slightly glossy, so it looks really good applied over Cookie, in just the center of my lips, to give them extra dimension and a little shine.
