ColourPop Fighter Lippie + Red Lipstick Shade Swatches

It’s pretty rare to find makeup that is made with redheads in mind, but finding makeup made for Strawberry Blondes is nearly impossible!  So I was very excited when I saw the latest Colourpop lippie shade, called Fighter, was made for Jessica Chastain to wear at the 2015 Met Gala.

It’s everything you want a red lip to be: pigmented, creamy, and long lasting.  The formula is matte and it’s truly a perfect shade of red.  The liner pencil and lippie lipstick are each only $5.

I think it’ll be gorgeous on other complexions as well, I actually just ordered an extra tube for my makeup artist kit, I love it that much!  It’s just flat-out perfection.

I find that this shade lasts especially long if you fill in your lips entirely with the pencil first, then add the lipstick over.  It’s a blue-based red, which makes your teeth look whiter.  The liner is very matte and the lippie is matte but with a creamier feel on the lips.
