Trying to keep this list of my favorites to under 20 pics was MENSA-entry-test level hard for a beauty junkie like me. I’ve tried my best for you, my Beauties. Thank you to all the lovely celebrity ladies and their hair and makeup gurus for the inspiration!
Jessica Alba’s pretty double braid updo. I love how the braids aren’t too thick or heavy. Just a beautiful way to change up the look of a classic up-do.
Beyonce’s take on the Brigitte Bardot hair half up look. Queen B nails a look? Surprise, surprise…
Amy Adam’s and the perfect shade of red/strawberry blonde. (And those bangs!)
Annalynne McCord’s flawless red carpet makeup. I have been obsessed with this look from the moment I saw it. Perfect cat eye, perfect foundation, perfect contouring, perfect shade of blush and lip color. Whoever did her makeup for this event should get a star on Hollywood Blvd. It’s one of the most gorgeous makeup applications I’ve ever seen.
Kate Bosworth’s haircut. This is an amazing shorter-length haircut. I love the subtle angles/layers at the ends and no where else!
Ok, this isn’t hair or makeup but I fell in love with this Ralph Lauren dress immediately. It’s so feminine and the color palette and ruffles make my heart beat faster!
This Tease! I love the volume at the crown of her head!! The color of her hair is also pretty, but that volume made me stop and think about life.
Kate Hudson’s Blow Out. Flawless. The best blow out I have ever seen on a red carpet.
Ok, again so not technically hair or makeup, but Sofia Vergara’s toned arms and Salma Hayek’s insane figure are worth mentioning. I love that they are both in such amazing shape, but still have gorgeous curves. My idols.
Kerry Washington and Emma Stone’s Bangs. These photo make me want to try bangs again. I love the wispy bottom and also that they start a bit farther back on her head, making them look longer, but still ending right above the eyes.
Carmen Electra’s loose beach waves and volume. Her curls are perfect and the volume is just the right amount.
Ombre ends. Such a pretty color and natural looking texture.
I love, love, love half up hair. I love that in this look, she left the longer pieces out in front and that the crown and sides have the perfect amount of texture and volume. You’ve probably started to notice a theme with me. 🙂
Rihanna’s skin on the Rolling Stones cover. The only time I have ever flipped so quickly through a magazine to find out the makeup artist’s name. Mylah Morales did this look. I have since started stalking her on Instagram. Her work makes me need to sit down. Flawless every time.
These looks + my heart = true love.
